Mikane and Tsukashi. Names Michelle and Steven in the English version. Both cahracters copywrite to me, thank you very much. Mechanical pencils + normal paper. Explain the scene? 'Kay...
Mikane glared at the ground. The last thing she wanted was for Tsukashi to see her tears. Then, in one swift movement, Tsukashi had lifted her off the ground, his hands wrapped around her waist. He set her on the washing machine that she'd been leaning against. With Tsukashi looking up at her, Mikane was forced to look him in the eyes.
But he wasn't laughing. And he didn't look annoyed.
"Smile for me," Tsukashi whispered, his expression tender, his eyes never leaving hers.
Before she could say something back, before she could throw out something mean, Mikane's lips betrayed her, spreading into a grin. As she laughed the tears that had welled up in her eyes spilled over, streaming streaming down her face. She continued to laugh when Tsukashi leaned towards her, placing his hands on the washing machine on either side of her.
"That feels better, huh?" he said, his eyes still not leaving her face.
Nodding, Mikane couldn't stop her smile when she felt Tsukashi's forehead rest against hers, his eyes protecting her from whatever would want to extinguish the moment.
Gosh, include half the friggin chapter, why don'cha...But anyway, that'll be a nice scene to put into panels. Currently it's kinda sorta novelized with random illustrations like this.
